My friend Tamara and I were finishing middle school when we realized
we should at least have some memento of each other. We wanted the type
of gift that was similar enough to show our friendship but unique
enough to show our individual personalities. We saw a pair of Camilla
charm bracelets in the window of a shop and we went in to enquire the
price. They were quite affordable so we were sold!
Those bracelets were stainless sterling steel and the first charms
we bought were identical silver in a snake shaped design. Our next
shopping expeditions involved searching out additional charms to add to

would also appreciate the fun of going out to collect an unusual
charm. They are optimal because they can be adjusted in size very
easily. When I have a gift to buy for one of my nieces I like to ask
if they already have a charm bracelet.
If they have one, it is a simple matter of hopping in the car and
going to the store and picking up a simple charm. If they did not have
a Camilla charm bracelet, then it was even easier to go and get one and
start them out on a hobby they will enjoy immensely.

jewellery into your collection. You can buy a chain and add the charms
one at a time just like beads, if you aren’t willing to wait then you can buy many
charms at once. You don’t have to worry about it going out of style
either because you can take off the previous charms and replace them
